Kevin Jackson

 

Kevin Jackson is the Director of Air Force Business Development, Washington Operations for Alliant Techsystems (ATK), a premier aerospace and defense company with more than 18,000 employees and revenue in excess of $4.7 billion. Kevin’s portfolio includes tactical programs from the Active duty, Reserve, and National Guard components of the Air Force. He serves as ATK’s primary interface with these customers as well as our customers in the Office of the Secretary of Defense. He joined Honeywell/ATK in May 1982.

 

During his 28 year career, Kevin provided marketing expertise for Air Force, Navy, Army, and DARPA pursuits in two separate stints in Washington operations. He provided marketing leadership while in the Clearwater, Florida, and Plymouth and Arden Hills, Minnesota, facilities as a director and vice president of business development. Prior to returning to Washington operations, Kevin was vice president of the Ground Sensors and Munitions business segment for Ordnance Systems in Plymouth, Minnesota.

 

Kevin completed the management principles course at the University of Minnesota Management Academy and Contractor Finance for Acquisition Managers at Defense Systems Management College, Fort Belvoir, Virginia. He was a participant in the ATK Leadership Development Training program and served as a mentor in ATK’s mentor/mentee program management development effort. He has completed Six Sigma Champions training.

 

Kevin graduated from Lehigh University in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics.
